RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We value each and every Violet Louise customer and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase, please fill in the returns form included in the window of the garment bag. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still in place.

 

Full price items are eligible for a full refund excluding cost of shipping. Items that are marked “Sale” or items that are discounted with a promotional code - are not eligible for a refund, only store credit - no exceptions. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

 

Items returned outside of the 14 days after purchase period will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
